Come and join Jayne Willett and Sam Rao at The Royal Beacon Hotel in Exmouth and their beautiful ballroom for three days of yoga and experience its life enhancing effects.

Sam is an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher from Crowthorne in Berkshire. He has a unique style of teaching that unites pupil and teacher in his yoga classes where an atmosphere of fun and well-being prevails. His enthusiastic teaching brings warmth and clarity to his explanations thus enabling the students to visualise and work with the inner body. This event is open to beginners and regular practitioners alike.
