Confirmation of Order
We would ask all customers to carefully check all details of their order before confirming at check out, including the colour, size and quantity of the items purchased. Please also ensure all delivery details are correct, as we cannot be responsible for delivering the item to the wrong address if you have not supplied the correct details; in this situation we would not refund your money. We will send you an email confirmation after you have sent your order to us, so if at this stage you notice you have made an error when placing your order, please call us immediately on 01344 769050 and we will endeavour to change the order. However, customers should be aware that our orders are processed quickly, so they should check their email confirmation immediately and call us without delay. Any delay could mean you receive the item initially ordered. If you are delivered the wrong item, please refer to our returns policy.

Delivery Address
All goods must be signed for on delivery as proof of delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for goods which cannot be delivered by our couriers. For example, if our courier service has tried to deliver the goods on several different occasions but has found no-one in to sign for the goods, the goods will be returned to us automatically by the courier without our prior knowledge. In situations like this, we will have to recharge carriage to cover costs of resending parcels back out. We cannot refund on goods which have been specially ordered (i.e. not held in stock) and we cannot refund any carriage costs incurred by us. If the item is a gift, and you are unsure if the recipient will be at home, we can send the goods to you instead. Customers must ensure they correctly enter the delivery address when checking out. Failure to do so could mean the package will not be delivered and will be returned to us. To redeliver a parcel a second time will incur an additional carriage charge which is payable by the purchaser and not by Sam Rao Yoga.

Delivery Status
Our system is updated regularly and we endeavour to make sure our stock status is accurate. However, in some circumstances, an item listed as ‘in stock’ may on occasion be out of stock if sales have been high. In those situations we would expect to restock and deliver the goods within a week. If the delivery date is expected to be longer than 1 week, we will contact you and give you an estimated delivery date, or give you the option to cancel your order.

Returns
Sam Rao Yoga wants all of its customers to be totally satisfied with their goods. Should you be dissatisfied, for whatever reason, please email us so we can arrange a refund or exchange the items for an alternative. Any return must be authorised within 7 days of delivery and must be returned in a resaleable condition. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned goods. We are unable to refund carriage costs.

We only endorse the best brand names so we are very confident that the products will live up to your highest expectations. However, should any garment or product develop a fault within 45 days of delivery we will happily refund the product, alternatively we can arrange to have the goods replaced. We recommend that you return the goods to us recorded delivery as we will not be able to refund on lost items.
Please email us at: [email protected] prior to the return of the faulty goods for an authorisation code. This enables us to check stocks for similar faults and inform suppliers so that it doesn‚t happen again. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Representation of Products
We have made every effort to display the products as accurately as possible; however, as the colours you will see will depend upon your monitor we cannot guarantee the colour will be accurate. On items like toesox the colour may vary slightly from the picture shown. Customers should be aware that the sizes on the clothing are an approximate guideline.

Pricing
Sam Rao Yoga cannot be responsible for typographical errors, for instance if a product is marked with an incorrect price. In this instance we will email you and inform you of the correct price, you will have an opportunity to cancel the order should you wish. Sam Rao Yoga reserves the right to change its prices.

Complaint
We aim to provide you with a speedy and efficient service which will keep you coming back time and again. However, if you feel you have not received a good service we are happy to hear your comments so we can improve our service. All correspondences will be kept confidential. Please feel free to either contact us by email or alternatively by telephone during office opening hours. We aim to reply to your complaint within 2 working days.
