Yoga Postures for the: Prostate
Home›Articles›About Yoga›Yoga Postures for the: Prostate
This following simple postures allow the opening of the hips. I use this posture to teach men to become aware of the stretch in the hip. The Psoas muscle starts at the lumber spine and works its way through the hip and attaches to the thigh bone. When the Psoas is stretched it also provides movement to the Prostate Gland, just behind the pubic bone.
