Sam is an experienced Hatha Yoga teacher from the Ruth White Karuna Yoga School and Yoga Alliance, Registered Yoga Teacher 500Hrs. He has several weekly yoga classes in the Bracknell, Crowthorne and Wokingham areas. Sam has a unique style of teaching that unites pupil and yoga teacher in an atmosphere of fun and well-being. He teaches with enthusiasm, and brings warmth and clarity to his explanations thus enabling the students to visualise and work with the inner body. He is also well known for his attention to detail and precision in postures, yet at all times encouraging his students to extend their potential and to work through their limitations.
