What our graduates say…

Unique
“The course is ground-breaking and exciting. It’s very hands-on, supportive, open and comprehensive, and the technology for looking into the body is superb for visualisation. Sam has come up with a unique yoga teaching course, based on all his experience and knowledge, which should become standard.” Jacquie

Balanced
“The YA200 course is a balanced mix of hands on yoga practice, yoga teaching, feedback, and theory of anatomy and physiology. This blend is helping the students become sound, well rounded, inspirational yoga teachers. I really look forward to each weekend module and love every minute that I am there. Thank you Sam and the team.“ LS

Informative
“Excellent yoga teacher training school. Very friendly, informative and very supported. Sam Rao and all teachers were training us with excellent knowledge and great experience. I felt like home just right at the first training weekend. I did not think twice when I decided to choose Sam Rao Yoga School to enrol and I hope you will find this experience too.” Uyen
