Can I transfer from another school?

Yes, you can. A number of students have joined Sam Rao after making a decision to move from their existing training school.

You will get confirmation of the credits you have gained towards your qualification for RYT 200.

Where is the school located?

The Sam Rao Yoga School is held in the beautiful surroundings of Highfield Park, ideally situated between Reading and Basingstoke, easily accessible from London via the M3, M4 and M25.

What are the minimum entry requirements?

Students must have a minimum of 2 years’ of regular yoga practice.

Every potential trainee will have an opportunity to assess the school by attending a free full taster day before they and the school decide to begin teacher training.

When can I start?

Weekend training happens once a month and teachers can join any time after they have been accepted.

You attend the weekends that fit in with your existing commitments. Every weekend you attend is counted as a training module, and goes towards your final qualification.

What does my qualification include?

A Yoga Alliance Professionals Trainee Teacher Certificate AND insurance to teach 2 classes per week, after your third weekend of training.

YAP full 1 year membership upon successful completion of the course.

How much does the course cost?

Sam’s course is priced at £4800.

Deposit payable at the time of registration is £800.

Monthly payments: £400 per month (spread over 10 months).
